Diamond Association Management & Consulting (DAMC) is a turn-key, mandatory Homeowners Association Management Company. Founded in San Antonio, Texas, in 2005, we have expanded to the surrounding areas, one community at a time. DAMC has never acquired any other management company, nor will we ever be acquired. The HOA / POA Management in Texas, especially in San Antonio, has changed dramatically in recent months. Communities are losing options. The big box, cookie-cutter companies have been buying smaller association management companies, resulting in limited options for Board Members and higher costs for homeowners.

We believe there is no way to be objective in hiring vendors on your behalf if we are one of the vendors. We will provide you with third-party vendors who offer the best service at the best price.
